Overview

The 157th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed in 2024. The unit is building a healthy team, and you can become part of it! The unit's command focuses its efforts on preparing personnel to carry out combat missions, continuously improving skills and abilities, and using innovative approaches to assess personnel training.

Responsibilities:

• training and managing unit personnel
• building cohesion among the unit's sergeant staff
• building traditions and passing on acquired experience

Requirements:

• leadership qualities
• fitness for military service
• ability to work in a team and treat subordinates with respect
• mandatory completion of the NCO training level appropriate to the position
• having combat experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transfer for current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• provision of all benefits guaranteed to servicemen by the legislation of Ukraine
• monetary allowance from 21,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and region of work
• service in the combat zone
