Sapper, Engineer-Sapper Platoon

Overview

The 33rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, one of the leading mechanized units, known for its high combat effectiveness, discipline, and close-knit team. This vacancy is for service in the tank battalion, which is the heart of the brigade, carrying out the most important missions on the battlefield. Responsibilities:

• demining territories, roads, and objects
• installing and neutralizing mine-explosive obstacles
• constructing engineering structures, fortifications, and positions for equipment and personnel
• ensuring the safety of tank crews during combat missions
• search, identification, and neutralization of explosive devices
• participating in combat operations as part of the platoon and providing engineering-technical support
• carrying out tasks in coordination with unit commanders

Requirements:

• age from 18
• fitness for service by state of health and moral-business qualities
• resilience to stressful situations, determination, and attention to detail
• physical endurance and readiness to work in extreme conditions
• high level of discipline and responsibility
• knowledge of the basics of engineering will be an advantage
• skills in handling explosive devices and knowledge of safety procedures will be an advantage
• completion of mine-explosive or military engineering courses will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• provision of modern protective equipment and engineering equipment

• guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days, additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
