Tank Platoon Commander

Overview

The 33rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, one of the leading mechanized units, known for its high combat effectiveness, discipline, and close-knit team. This vacancy is for service in the tank battalion, which is the heart of the brigade, carrying out the most important missions on the battlefield. Responsibilities:

• commanding a tank platoon and organizing the completion of combat missions
• coordinating subordinate crews' actions in combat conditions
• planning and conducting the platoon's tactical operations
• ensuring discipline, cohesion, and combat readiness of personnel
• responsibility for the technical condition of tank equipment in the platoon
• conducting training and exercises for subordinates
• cooperating with the battalion command for effective mission execution

Requirements:

• officer's rank
• leadership qualities, experience managing military units
• a high level of motivation and responsibility
• fitness for service by state of health and moral-business qualities
• knowledge of the combat tactics of tank units
• understanding of the principles of operation and maintenance of tank equipment
• ability to make quick decisions in combat conditions
• combat experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 25,000 to 150,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• service as part of a combat unit with full provision of modern combat equipment and gear
