Overview
The 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Anna of Kyiv is a modern unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed to defend the territorial integrity of our state. The brigade is distinguished by a high level of professionalism, fighting spirit, and dedication to its mission, combining the traditions of the Ukrainian military with the latest methods of warfare.
Responsibilities:
- receiving, registering, processing, and storing incoming and outgoing documentation
- preparing and processing official documents, letters, directives, and orders
- monitoring the timely completion of tasks according to deadlines
- maintaining an archive and systematizing documents according to standards
- working with the electronic database and documentation in digital format
- maintaining confidentiality and restricting document access to authorized persons only
Requirements:
- vocational secondary or higher education (preferably in records management, archival work, or administration)
- experience working with documentation, knowledge of records management standards
- computer proficiency (office software suite, electronic document management systems)
- attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills
- high level of discipline and ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Conditions:
- direct mobilization into the military unit until the end of martial law or contract service
- training and skills advancement if necessary
- monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation, depending on the assigned task and place of service
- military service in eastern Ukraine
- guaranteed placement in the chosen position
