Mechanic-Radio Operator
Overview
The 151st Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This vacancy is for service within the field communications hub.
Responsibilities:
- maintaining the technical condition of equipment and communication systems for transmitting commands, directives, and signals
- deploying communication equipment and preparing it for operation
- timely and clear transmission of orders, commands, and signals
- providing technical support for protecting radio equipment from radio interference
- diagnosing the technical condition and serviceability of communication equipment
Requirements:
- knowledge and ability to clearly recognize radio data, call signs, and established alert and control signals
- age from 18
- readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
- fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
- secondary, vocational secondary, or higher education
- a high level of motivation and stress resistance
- responsibility, attentiveness, and ability to make quick decisions
- possession of a military specialty or willingness to obtain one
- ability to work as part of a team
- radio communication skills on radio equipment
- experience in technical diagnostics and repair of radio communication equipment
- ability to navigate terrain using a map, topographic positioning devices, and without them
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen after mandatory selection procedures
- service in the combat zone

- monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on tasks performed
- guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment
