Reconnaissance Platoon Commander
Overview
The 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Vyhovsky was formed during the war to defend the Ukrainian people. The unit's combat path has included the defense of towns and villages in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and from February 24, 2022, the "Vyhovsky men" crushed the aggressor on the approaches from Chernihiv to Bobrovytsia, and later in the Bakhmut sector, in the Chernihiv region, and in the area of Kupiansk and Lyman. Since September 2023, the brigade has been conducting combat operations in the Donetsk region. The 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade continues the glorious traditions of Hetman Vyhovsky, who crushed the Muscovites back in the 17th century near Konotop, because it believes that defending our beloved Ukraine and its people is the duty of every conscious citizen. Everyone is capable of making a significant contribution to the defense of the state and capable of great feats.
Responsibilities:
- carrying out command's orders and maintaining military discipline
- maintaining the constant combat readiness of personnel, weapons, and equipment
- conducting fire and tactical-special training for the reconnaissance platoon
- knowledge of the tactics of a reconnaissance platoon's actions in various types of combat and managing the platoon during missions
- thorough knowledge and command of all types of the reconnaissance platoon's weapons and equipment, proper storage, operation, maintenance, and personal verification of combat readiness
- supporting personnel motivation and a high moral and psychological state
- continuous improvement of professional and methodological skills
Requirements:
- possession of an officer's rank
- fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
- readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- willingness to learn and implement new equipment and modern technologies
- combat experience will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service

- monetary allowance from 25,000 to 125,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
