Mortar Commander

Overview

The 151st Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• directing the fire of mortar squads
• coordinating and monitoring the unit's fire training
• calculating firing data and adjusting fire
• ensuring safety during firing exercises
• preparing the unit for combat mission execution

Requirements:

• experience serving in a similar position
• knowledge of the operating principles of mortars and the basics of firing
• responsibility and ability to make quick and well-founded decisions
• ability to work under high stress and responsibility

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen after mandatory selection procedures
• service in the combat zone
• career and position growth
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on tasks performed
• guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment
• provision of full meals
