Squad Leader, Strike UAVs

Overview

The 151st Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• commanding a UAV squad as part of a strike unmanned aircraft systems company
• organizing the work, training, and combat capability of the squad
• the unit carrying out combat missions using unmanned aircraft systems
• carrying out combat training measures, maintaining the proper morale and psychological state of personnel
• keeping the unit's weapons, ammunition, equipment, and property combat-ready
• ensuring and maintaining internal order and discipline in the unit
• participating in training, training exercises, and other activities aimed at improving servicemen's qualifications

Requirements:

• age from 18
• fitness for military service
• experience piloting UAVs will be an advantage
• ability to work in a team and perform tasks in a high-performance environment
• responsibility and discipline
• ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• service in the combat zone
• career and position growth
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on tasks performed
• guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment
• provision of full meals
