Rifleman

Overview

Sagittarius is the main combat specialty as part of a mechanized unit. A serviceman performs tasks as part of a unit, uses regular small arms, supports fellow soldiers during the performance of tasks and acts in accordance with the commands of the commander.

The position is suitable for candidates who are ready for physically active service, teamwork and combat missions. Previous military experience will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• compliance with the laws of Ukraine, military discipline, and the laws and governing documents of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
• carrying out assigned combat missions as part of the unit
• keeping weapons in constant combat readiness

Requirements:

• readiness for military service;
• good physical fitness and endurance;
• discipline, attentiveness and responsibility;
• ability to act as part of a unit;
• readiness to perform combat missions;
• ability to quickly execute commands and act in accordance with the situation;
• experience of military service will be an advantage;
• skills in handling small arms will be an advantage;
• readiness to undergo the necessary military and professional training.

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• service in the combat operations zone
• guaranteed monthly monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the complexity and location of tasks
• annual additional wellness payment equal to one month's monetary allowance
• annual main leave and additional leave of 10 days or more for family circumstances
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
• free medical care
