Sapper

Overview

The vacancy involves service in the engineer-sapper squad of the 120th Separate Reconnaissance Regiment of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• participating in the unit's combat missions
• searching for and neutralizing mines and shells
• analyzing the engineering situation
• eliminating explosive objects
• equipping and maintaining minefields and explosive obstacles
• creating passages through enemy obstacles
• training servicemen in engineering matters

Requirements:

• knowledge of mine and explosive ordnance
• military service experience as a sapper or civilian demining experience
• knowledge of the technical specifications of devices, mines, and equipment for sapper work
• knowledge of safety measures when performing demolition work
• fitness for military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• good physical shape
• stress resilience
• motivation to work for the unit's results
• ability to carry out commanders' orders while showing reasonable initiative
• military service experience in the "sapper" position with confirmation (MOS 166662A, MOS 166855A, courses, training) will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• a full social package
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• training before taking up the position and specialized training provided as needed, with the opportunity to upgrade qualifications at training centers
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on the area where tasks are performed
