Head of Club

Overview

The 109th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss" is constantly working to raise the qualifications and professional level of its service members and is introducing modern technologies. The unit has gained invaluable combat experience, taking an active part in difficult operations in eastern Ukraine. Its service members have shown a high level of professionalism, courage, and dedication that has enabled them to successfully carry out their assigned missions. Over the years of service, the battalion's fighters have received numerous state awards and distinctions for the courage and heroism they displayed in carrying out combat missions. They have repeatedly been recognized at the state level for their contribution to defending the country.

Responsibilities:

  • organizing and conducting cultural events for service members (concerts, performances, quizzes, sports competitions, etc.)
  • developing and implementing the club's work plans
  • maintaining accounting and reporting on the club's activities
  • monitoring the club's materiel and technical support
  • cooperating with other battalion units and cultural institutions
  • creating a favorable atmosphere for the rest and development of servicemen
  • ensuring compliance with internal regulations and safety in the club

Requirements:

  • higher education (bachelor's, specialist's, or master's degree) in culture, pedagogy, social work, or other related fields
  • possession of a category B driver's license (category C preferred as well), vehicle driving experience
  • experience organizing cultural events, working with youth, or in the military field preferred
  • experience in management positions will be an advantage
  • strong organizational ability and planning skills
  • readiness to perform tasks in the area of combat missions of the 109th Separate Assault Battalion
  • creativity and initiative
  • responsibility and discipline
  • sociability and ability to work in a team
  • stress resilience and ability to resolve conflict situations
  • patriotism and understanding of the specifics of military service
  • readiness to work under conditions of heightened danger

Conditions:

  • direct mobilization into the military unit without involvement of the TCC until the end of martial law or contract service
