Head of Offense Investigation Group
Overview
The 109th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss" is constantly working to raise the qualifications and professional level of its service members and is introducing modern technologies. The unit has gained invaluable combat experience, taking an active part in difficult operations in eastern Ukraine. Its service members have shown a high level of professionalism, courage, and dedication that has enabled them to successfully carry out their assigned missions. Over the years of service, the battalion's fighters have received numerous state awards and distinctions for the courage and heroism they displayed in carrying out combat missions. They have repeatedly been recognized at the state level for their contribution to defending the country.
Responsibilities:
- determining the circumstances and causes of offenses committed by servicemen
- conducting internal service investigations and gathering evidence
- drafting objective and well-founded conclusions based on investigation results
- coordinating with law enforcement agencies and the military prosecutor's office
- maintaining accounting and reporting on investigations conducted
Requirements:
- higher legal education (bachelor's, specialist's, or master's degree)
- officer's rank
- possession of a category B driver's license (category C preferred as well), vehicle driving experience
- experience working in law enforcement, legal, or military fields (especially investigation or fact-finding) preferred
- readiness to perform tasks in the combat operations area of the 109th Separate Assault Battalion
- analytical mindset and attention to detail
- high level of responsibility and integrity

- stress resilience and ability to work under pressure
- sociability and ability to establish contact with people
- discipline and organizational skills
- readiness to work under conditions of heightened danger
Conditions:
- direct mobilization into the military unit without involvement of the TCC until the end of martial law or contract service
