Personnel Manager
Overview
The 60th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed after the start of the russian-Ukrainian war in 2014. After the russian invasion in 2022, it fought in the Kherson sector and near Bakhmut. The unit continues to destroy the enemy in various sectors of the front. The vacancy involves service in a rifle battalion that is defending the southern sector.
Responsibilities:
- posting vacancies on remote-hiring online platforms, social media, etc.
- maintaining current vacancies and creating job postings
- conducting interviews and assessing candidates for compliance with vacancy requirements
- supporting candidates during the TCC, medical board, and training center stages
- preparing and processing documents for enlisting candidates for service
Requirements:
- experience in recruiting will be an advantage
- ability to use various search channels (specialized websites, social media, referrals, direct search)
- knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- strong communication skills
- Ukrainian citizenship
- desire to undergo military service
- readiness to work as part of a team, carry out assigned tasks, and engage in self-improvement
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 50,000 hryvnias depending on task performance and orders
- social benefits in accordance with current legislation: medical care, three meals a day, full gear provision, official leave of 30 days per year
- civilian candidates are required to complete basic combined-arms training
