UAV Master Technician

Overview

The 17th Separate Heavy Mechanized Kryvyi Rih Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From 2014 to the present, it has taken an active part in the war against the occupiers. The brigade has fought for Sloviansk, Ilovaisk, and Debaltseve, and defended Mariupol. With the start of the full-scale invasion, the unit carried out missions in eastern and southern Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• maintaining strike unmanned aircraft systems
• organizing and monitoring UAV flights
• training servicemen in the effective use of UAVs within military operations
• maintaining discipline and high standards of military service
• continuous training and development in working with unmanned aerial systems

Requirements:

• fitness for military service under contract or by mobilization
• ability to work with computers, applications, and electronic devices
• ability to work with special devices and software
• ability to work in conditions of military operations and stressful situations
• no harmful habits

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on tasks and orders performed
• social guarantees, provision of gear and necessary equipment
• guaranteed annual main leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of additional leave for family circumstances
• support in a friendly team of motivated, active, proactive soldiers and reasonable commanders
• processing of Combat Veteran status and other benefits
