Mechanic

Overview

The 116th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a unit of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that was formed during the full-scale russian invasion. The unit's service members took part in the heroic Zaporizhzhia counteroffensive and the valiant defense of Avdiivka, and continue to defend our country's territory. Responsibilities:

• performing scheduled maintenance of equipment and vehicles
• performing current repair of equipment and vehicles
• preparing procurement lists for parts and spare parts, calculating the required quantities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in car repair
• knowledge of detection methods, main causes, and troubleshooting of faults that arose during vehicle operation
• ability to work in a team
• basic general secondary education (technical or specialized education will be an advantage)
• fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
• ability to use technical literature

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• service in the combat operations zone
• guaranteed monthly monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the complexity and location of tasks
• annual additional wellness payment equal to one month's monetary allowance
• annual main leave and additional leave of 10 days or more for family circumstances
• provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and full meals
• free medical care
