Mechanic-Engineer, Unmanned Systems
Overview
The 1st Separate Medical Battalion is a unit that combines advanced approaches to casualty evacuation with providing qualified medical care to service members directly on the front line.
The battalion was formed by expanding the medical service of the 1st International Legion in response to the realities of war, drawing on the professionalism of medics and service members gained through combat operations in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
The unit is entering a new stage and is building a team of motivated specialists who share one goal: saving the life of every service member.

Responsibilities:
- performing maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting in unmanned systems
- carrying out scheduled and emergency repair work on unmanned systems
- maintaining and configuring auxiliary equipment for unmanned systems
- hardware and software support for keeping unmanned systems operational
- continuous search for new technological solutions
- preparing reports on completed work
- caring for equipment, keeping it in proper condition, performing minor repairs, sending it for complex repairs, liaising with drone workshops
Requirements:
- secondary, vocational secondary, or basic higher education
- experience in maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of electronics and electrical equipment
- understanding of the basic principles of circuit design
- desire for professional growth
- readiness to work in the combat zone
- discipline, absence of bad habits (alcohol, drug, gambling addiction, etc.)
- ability to read electrical schematics will be an advantage
- experience as an engineer or electrician will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until a decision on demobilization is announced or contract service
- support during the mobilization process and enrollment into the unit
