Overview
The unmanned ground systems company of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a technology unit that provides ground support functions for the brigade's infantry units. Unmanned ground robotic systems are used for medical evacuation from the battlefield, delivering ammunition or supplies, remote mining and demining, and fire support. The unit invites you to become part of a technological force, where your mind and ingenuity will be your main weapon.
Responsibilities:
- configuring, managing, and maintaining equipment and network infrastructure
- administering the unit's local networks
- setting up and maintaining radio and digital communications equipment
- deploying communication equipment and preparing it for operation
- establishing operations and resolving issues with communications and IT infrastructure
Requirements:
- experience administering LAN networks
- ability to configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- knowledge of network communication protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- experience working with radio or digital communication equipment
- ability to identify and resolve communication and network issues
- readiness to work in the combat zone
