Master Technician/Mechanic, UAS

Overview

The 141st Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• performing technical work to preserve and restore the functional characteristics of UAVs
• monitoring the condition of equipment and taking timely measures to prevent breakdowns
• diagnostics, repair, and preparation of UAVs for operation, including FPV drones
• analyzing problems and finding solutions to resolve them

Requirements:

• age from 18
• fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
• desire to work in the field of unmanned systems
• readiness to learn and pursue professional development
• mandatory digital literacy, ability and willingness to learn new things
• ability to work in a team
• readiness to work in the combat zone
• strong motivation and drive to succeed in accomplishing assigned tasks

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• monetary allowance: base rate of 21,000 + additional payments of up to 100,000 hryvnias for performing tasks in the combat zone, depending on the duration and area of task performance
• full provision of protective equipment and military gear
• a full social package
• basic and specialized training as needed
• the opportunity to obtain Combat Veteran status
