Accountant (Materiel Accounting)

Overview

The 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Anna of Kyiv is a modern unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed to defend the territorial integrity of our state. The brigade is distinguished by a high level of professionalism, fighting spirit, and dedication to its mission, combining the traditions of the Ukrainian military with the latest methods of warfare.

Responsibilities:

• documenting and reflecting in accounting registers transactions involving assets, material stocks, military property, and intangible assets
• accounting for the receipt, movement, free transfer, sale, or disposal of the military unit's service property
• preparing reports on materiel accounting, including synthetic and analytical accounting registers in the software
• preparing accounting registers and memorial orders
• timely and systematic compilation, description, and binding of accounting registers for the area of activity
• participating in inventory commissions, conducting inventory of military property, and documenting the inventory results
• conducting reconciliations between the supply services and the financial-economic service

Requirements:

• higher education (economics will be an advantage)
• experience working as an accountant and knowledge of accounting software
• knowledge related to the economic, financial, or banking sector will be an advantage
• confident use of computers and office equipment
• confident knowledge of Excel
• knowledge of modern accounting
• diligence
• stress resistance
• desire to learn new things
• no harmful habits

• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
