EW Operator

Overview

The 2nd Assault Battalion of the 5th Separate Assault Kyiv Brigade took part in the fighting for Toretsk. The unit is now continuing to fight for our independence and victory in the Pokrovsk sector. The battalion ranks among the top 10 units by the number of enemy personnel neutralized using UAV systems.

Responsibilities:

• controlling, configuring, and deploying short- and medium-range EW equipment
• suppressing enemy UAV systems using EW equipment
• coordinating with neighboring units/crews
• standing duty at EW system positions

Requirements:

• desire to learn and grow in one's specialty
• understanding of the principles of radio wave propagation
• developed computer and other equipment skills
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• military service experience will be an advantage
• electronic device repair skills will be an advantage
• basic infantry experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
