Overview

The 2nd Assault Battalion of the 5th Separate Assault Kyiv Brigade took part in the fighting for Toretsk. The unit is now continuing to fight for our independence and victory in the Pokrovsk sector. The battalion ranks among the top 10 units by the number of enemy personnel neutralized using UAV systems.

Responsibilities:

• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit
• operating the M113 armored personnel carrier
• keeping the vehicle constantly ready for operation
• ensuring the proper technical condition of the armored personnel carrier
• compliance with traffic rules and rules for transporting cargo, passengers, and luggage
• checking the technical condition of the motor vehicle before departure on a mission and after return
• ensuring equipment serviceability in accordance with road traffic safety requirements and standards
• performing adjustment work
• transporting military personnel and equipment, and delivering materials to various destinations
• towing broken-down vehicles

Requirements:

• fitness for military service by state of health
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• possession of a category B, C, D driver's license will be an advantage
• experience operating tracked vehicles will be an advantage
• having combat experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
