Overview

The 2nd Assault Battalion of the 5th Separate Assault Kyiv Brigade took part in the fighting for Toretsk. The unit is now continuing to fight for our independence and victory in the Pokrovsk sector. The battalion ranks among the top 10 units by the number of enemy personnel neutralized using UAV systems.

Responsibilities:

• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit
• continuous maintenance of weapons, equipment, and ammunition in combat readiness
• installing explosive and non-explosive engineering obstacles
• disposing of explosive objects, including ammunition and improvised explosive devices
• conducting demining on the routes of movement of military equipment and units
• manufacturing munitions for drops from UAV systems

Requirements:

• fitness for military service by state of health
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• having combat experience will be an advantage
• knowledge of mine and explosive ordnance will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
