Deputy Company Commander
Overview
The "Zli Sapsany" ("Angry Peregrines") Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Kostiantyn Ostrozky is an unmanned systems formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The battalion has taken part in combat operations in the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions and continues to carry out combat missions and liberate Ukrainian territory from the enemy. The battalion's command has extensive experience in combat operations against the enemy. The unit carries out missions of any complexity, and its commanders are experienced and motivated.
Responsibilities:
- monitoring compliance with military discipline, regulations, and orders among the company's personnel
- taking measures to prevent offenses and strengthen the moral and psychological state of personnel
- carrying out combat missions
- maintaining the company's combat readiness, monitoring the timely and proper execution of tasks, and ensuring the preservation of personnel's life and health
- compliance with safety requirements when handling weapons and ammunition
- coordinating with command
- maintaining documentation and reporting
- performing the duties of the company commander in their absence
Requirements:
- higher education will be an advantage
- fitness for service by state of health
- a high level of personal discipline and moral and professional qualities
- willingness to constantly learn and develop
- stress resilience and endurance
- no alcohol, drug, or gambling dependency
- leadership qualities
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 27,000 to 127,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
- additional payments for the first contract, wellness payment, relocation assistance
