Overview

The "Zli Sapsany" ("Angry Peregrines") Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Kostiantyn Ostrozky is an unmanned systems formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The battalion has taken part in combat operations in the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions and continues to carry out combat missions and liberate Ukrainian territory from the enemy. The battalion's command has extensive experience in combat operations against the enemy. The unit carries out missions of any complexity, and its commanders are experienced and motivated.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring compliance with military discipline, regulations, and orders among personnel
• taking measures to prevent offenses and strengthen the moral and psychological state of personnel
• organizing and conducting combat training sessions, ensuring implementation of training plans and programs, helping to improve subordinates' professional skill, forming high moral-psychological qualities, patriotism, and responsibility
• knowledge of the platoon's/company's tasks, the commander's decisions, and the procedure for their execution
• monitoring platoon/company personnel's execution of the commander's orders and instructions
• conducting classes, training, and combat coordination activities for the platoon/company

Requirements:

• readiness to work directly in the zone of active combat operations
• moral resilience
• excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
• ability to manage people
• responsibility and discipline
• fitness for service by state of health
• knowledge of military tactics and strategy will be an advantage
• military service experience will be an advantage
• no alcohol, drug, or gambling dependency

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 25,000 to 125,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• additional payments for the first contract, wellness payment, relocation assistance
