Overview

The 21st Separate Special Purpose Battalion is part of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade of the Ground Forces, based in Kyiv. The battalion successfully carries out special purpose missions in the east of the country. This is a modern battalion with no trace of the Soviet Union. This is exactly the battalion where civilian youth and qualified specialists will be engaged wherever their skills and knowledge are needed. This is the battalion where, if you wish, you can learn, grow, and improve at the best training centers in Ukraine and abroad, in the widest variety of military professions! Trust and respect are the foundation of a successful team, and this is the unit's priority. All that is required of you is the desire to destroy the enemy, defend the Motherland, and bring our victory closer!

Responsibilities:

• compliance with military discipline
• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit, including in the combat zone
• conducting aerial reconnaissance, detecting and destroying the enemy using UAVs
• adjusting artillery fire
• adjusting firepower assets onto enemy targets and objectively monitoring engagement results
• keeping equipment in serviceable condition
• assisting in destroying enemy personnel and firing assets
• delivering "cargo" using unmanned aerial systems
• providing escort for groups from other units while carrying out their tasks
• timely maintenance of one's own weapon and technical equipment

Requirements:

• age 18 to 45, but exceptions are possible
• desire to learn and grow
• attentiveness and quick reaction to changes in the situation
• ability to interact with fellow soldiers
• basic physical fitness
• readiness to undergo military service and serve in the zone of active combat operations
• understanding of technologies and interest in UAV operation
• readiness to work with mobile applications, electronic devices, and various software

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• decent monetary allowance of up to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task, place of service, and position
