FPV Drone Operator/Technician

Overview

The 1st Separate Assault Regiment is a unit of the Ground Forces. The unit has taken part in combat in the most difficult sectors of the front: the Kupiansk-Balakliia operation, the defense of Vuhledar, Bakhmut, Kupiansk, and Chasiv Yar, and offensive operations in the Kupiansk sector. The unit is currently actively growing and needs qualified, motivated service members.

Responsibilities:

• operating FPV drones during combat operations
• providing technical support and maintenance of drones: conducting advanced training and UAV testing, identifying technical faults, and resolving issues
• maintaining reporting on completed work and providing detailed descriptions of results
• participating in tactical training, exercises, and skill improvement

Requirements:

• skills in operating unmanned aerial vehicles, understanding of drone operating principles, basics of aerodynamics and electronics
• experience working with UAVs or FPV is desired but not mandatory
• physical and psychological resilience
• responsibility and discipline
• ability to quickly make decisions and react in stressful situations
• desire to learn and improve one's skills in unmanned technologies
• no health-related contraindications

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
