Overview

The 17th Separate Heavy Mechanized Kryvyi Rih Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From 2014 to the present, it has taken an active part in the war against the occupiers. The brigade has fought for Sloviansk, Ilovaisk, and Debaltseve, and defended Mariupol. With the start of the full-scale invasion, the unit carried out missions in eastern and southern Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• sourcing and attracting candidates for available vacancies in the brigade
• conducting interviews and selecting the best candidates
• maintaining communication with potential candidates and employees
• maintaining a candidate database

Requirements:

• ability to work in a team and quickly solve problems
• sociability and ability to communicate persuasively
• desire to grow in the field of recruiting
• knowledge of Ukrainian sufficient to conduct effective interviews

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
• social guarantees, provision of gear and necessary equipment
• guaranteed annual main leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of additional leave for family circumstances
• support in a friendly team of motivated, active, proactive soldiers and reasonable commanders
