Electronic Reconnaissance Operator

Overview

The vacancy involves service in the electronic reconnaissance company of the 120th Separate Reconnaissance Regiment of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• responsibility for the completeness and quality of reconnaissance mission execution
• identifying reconnaissance sources
• timely issuing of direction-finding commands
• operating post equipment, prompt reporting of malfunctions
• studying frequency band occupancy, accumulating individual reconnaissance signatures of radio-emitting sources
• processing received information and maintaining documentation at the combat post
• compliance with confidentiality requirements and protection of restricted-access information
• compliance with rules for covert command and control and communications security

Requirements:

• vocational secondary or higher technical education, preferably in electronics, radio engineering, or communications
• experience working with radio-electronic equipment or in the communications field will be an advantage
• understanding of the operating principles of radio-electronic systems and EW/ELINT equipment
• high level of analytical ability, attention to detail, ability to work in a team
• ability to respond quickly and make decisions in stressful situations
• desire to learn and improve one's knowledge in the field of EW/electronic reconnaissance
• having military specialty code (VOS) 446810A/569810A (information processing group) or VOS 446543A/569406A (electronic reconnaissance company)

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent

• monetary allowance from 21,500 to 191,500 hryvnias depending on the area where tasks are performed
