Reconnaissance Company Commander

Overview

The vacancy involves service in the 120th Separate Reconnaissance Regiment of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• planning, organizing, and coordinating reconnaissance operations and the activities of the reconnaissance company
• ensuring a high level of combat training for company personnel
• organizing training and drills to improve operational effectiveness and better coordination between company units during combat missions
• organizing the accommodation of personnel at permanent duty stations and in field conditions
• maintaining internal order and discipline in the company
• monitoring the technical condition of weapons, combat and other equipment, ensuring its constant combat readiness
• maintaining reporting and ensuring compliance with command directives

Requirements:

• higher education
• officer's rank (position category - captain, MOS - 0940003)
• readiness for military service
• experience commanding a company will be an advantage
• ability to make decisions in stressful situations
• excellent analytical skills
• readiness for learning and professional development

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent

• monetary allowance from 29,000 to 199,000 hryvnias depending on the area where tasks are performed
