Deputy Company Commander for Morale and Psychological Support

Overview

The vacancy involves service in the electronic reconnaissance company of the 120th Separate Reconnaissance Regiment of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• identifying and analyzing issues with the personnel's morale and psychological state, implementing measures to resolve them
• ensuring psychological support and recovery for personnel during military operations, training, and other military activities
• psychological counseling of servicemen, their families, and members of the military team
• conducting psychological trainings, seminars, and consultations to improve psychological resilience and effectiveness
• cooperating with other units to ensure unity and coordination of morale and psychological support
• general monitoring and analysis of the unit's state of affairs
• conducting internal service investigations

Requirements:

• higher education in psychology or related fields
• officer's rank (position category - senior lieutenant, MOS - 3420003)
• confident computer use (Word, Excel)
• ability to work with large groups of people and individually
• ability to make decisions in stressful situations
• sociability and teamwork skills
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• readiness for learning and professional development

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• the opportunity for career growth and development, training, and skills advancement
• monetary allowance from 28,000 to 198,000 hryvnias depending on the area where tasks are performed
