UAV Master Technician

Overview

The 23rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This vacancy is for service in the unmanned systems battalion of the 23rd Brigade. The unit is looking for motivated, conscientious citizens who understand the full gravity of the situation and wish to defend their land from the invaders, despite the obstacles.

Responsibilities:

• hardware and software modernization of UAVs
• repair and maintenance of UAVs
• analyzing problems and finding solutions to resolve them
• developing and integrating solutions to improve unmanned systems

Requirements:

• readiness to serve in the combat zone
• experience maintaining and repairing electronics
• understanding of the basic principles of circuit design
• ability to read electrical schematics will be an advantage
• English proficiency sufficient for understanding technical documentation will be an advantage
• experience piloting UAVs will be an advantage
• motivation to bring victory closer with all one's strength

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,100 hryvnias in accordance with length of service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen within Operational Command "East" with the direct commander's consent
• social benefits in accordance with current legislation, namely annual leave of 30 calendar days, medical care, etc.
• support during the Regional TCC stage for civilians and transfer for current servicemen
• civilian candidates are required to complete 35 days of basic combined-arms training, including firearms, tactical, engineering, and psychological training, tactical medicine, etc.
