Deputy Battery Commander for Morale and Psychological Support

Overview

The 43rd Separate Artillery Brigade is a military formation of the artillery forces of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade is armed with 2S7 "Pion" and PzH 2000 howitzers. The unit took an active part in the liberation of the Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions, and is now helping to contain enemy pressure in key sectors of the front. By decree of the President of Ukraine, the brigade was awarded the honorary distinction "For Courage and Valor."

Responsibilities:

• ensuring the execution of directives from senior command
• studying and analyzing the moral and psychological qualities and state of servicemen, providing them with assistance in improving them
• conducting educational work among servicemen
• carrying out specific measures to strengthen military discipline and law and order
• organizing prevention of negative impacts on the moral-psychological state of service members, preventing offenses among personnel
• compliance with the requirements of the regulations and discipline

Requirements:

• fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
• motivation to learn, improve, and work
• officer's rank
• developed leadership qualities
• developed communication skills
• having combat experience will be an advantage
• no alcohol, drug, or gambling dependencies

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 26,000 to 60,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
