EW Equipment Operator

Overview

The 143rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine based in Chernihiv region. The brigade is part of the "North" Operational Command. The unit was formed around a team with combat experience in various sectors of the front. EW Systems Operator is a key military specialty that ensures information superiority on the battlefield by detecting, analyzing, and neutralizing enemy radio-electronic signals. "We jam — you advance!"

Responsibilities:

• monitoring and adjusting the operation of EW equipment
• generating jamming or using other methods to counter enemy radio-electronic equipment
• working with electronic warfare equipment
• analyzing and processing received data

Requirements:

• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• knowledge of radio engineering and radio electronics will be an advantage
• confident use of computers and office equipment

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and meals
• free treatment at military healthcare facilities
