UAV Operator
Overview
The 66th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Mstyslav the Bold of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was formed on April 18, 2022. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the servicemen of the 66th Separate Mechanized Brigade have been defending Ukrainian land from russian armed aggression. In October 2022, the brigade took part in the liberation of the settlements of Lyman in the Donetsk region, Makiivka, and Nevske in the Luhansk region, among others. The brigade continues to effectively carry out combat missions and liberate occupied territories of Ukraine. The unit is looking for level-headed, motivated people. Lack of experience is not a problem. You will be taught, shown, and helped.
Responsibilities:
- carrying out combat missions as part of the unit
- launching the unmanned aerial vehicle and directly controlling the flight
- orientation in space
- carrying out reconnaissance missions and gathering information
- observing a designated area of terrain
- conducting aerial reconnaissance
- compliance with military discipline, carrying out combat orders
Requirements:
- secondary, vocational secondary, or higher education
- possession of a UAV-related certificate will be an advantage
- age from 18
- readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
- fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
- willingness to constantly learn and develop
Conditions:
- contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- monetary allowance from 21,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on tasks, where they are performed, and rank
- provision of training or skills improvement, with the necessary support to gain sufficient experience and skills
- leave according to schedule and, where family circumstances defined by law exist
- legal support and psychological guidance
- proper medical care
