Overview

The 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Ivan Sirko is a regular formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region. Since the start of the russian-Ukrainian war in 2014, it has taken an active part in the defense of the Donbas. Since 2022, the unit has taken part in repelling the full-scale russian invasion in the Kharkiv sector and in the autumn counteroffensive. The brigade continues to defend Ukrainian land.

Responsibilities:

• providing engineering support for defensive or offensive military operations
• detecting, identifying, and destroying explosive objects such as mines, booby traps, and malfunctioning explosive devices
• clearing obstacles from movement routes to ensure the passability of military columns
• compliance with military discipline and execution of orders

Requirements:

• fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
• good physical fitness and endurance
• readiness to perform tasks in the zone of active combat operations
• sociability, ability to work in a team and perform tasks in a high-performance environment
• responsibility, discipline, stress resilience
• ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• having combat experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• qualified training at a training center and the possibility of international military training
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• guaranteed annual main leave
