Overview

The 1st Separate Tank Siverska Brigade is a tank forces unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Today you stand before a choice that will change your life. You have the chance to join the elite of the Ukrainian army. This is not just a unit — it is a brotherhood, it is steel might, it is the pride of Ukraine! Tank crews are the ones who meet the enemy first and deliver a crushing blow. They are professionals who operate combat vehicles that symbolize the unbreakable spirit of our nation. Responsibilities:

• maintaining accounting of incoming and outgoing documentation (electronic and paper)
• delivering documents to executors and monitoring their execution
• monitoring the correct preparation of documents in the electronic document management system (SEDO)
• promptly updating databases and archiving documentation

Requirements:

• ability to work with a PC (MS Word, Excel at user level)
• experience working with an electronic document management system (EDMS)
• knowledge of the basics of recordkeeping and content management
• attentiveness, organizational skills, responsibility
• no criminal record
• desire to serve for the benefit of the Ukrainian people (military service experience not required)

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary reward from 50,000 to 150,000 hryvnias depending on task performance and place of service
• social protection for servicemen and their family members
• guaranteed leave in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine
• full provision of military gear
• the opportunity to obtain Combat Veteran status
