Overview

The 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. If you quickly absorb new information, know how to analyze, and want to put your mind to work for the common cause, this unit is for you. Service in this position involves detecting, analyzing, and suppressing enemy radio signals using modern EW equipment to block the enemy's communications and command and control.

Responsibilities:

• intercepting and analyzing the radio-frequency spectrum to detect enemy communications systems, drones, and radar stations
• identifying the signal type, its source, and possible purpose
• setting up and using EW equipment to jam enemy frequencies
• affecting drone control systems, enemy radio communications, and navigation
• deploying, configuring, and monitoring the serviceability of equipment, detecting and fixing faults
• maintaining reporting on detected threats and work results
• participating in developing tactics to counter the enemy's radio-electronic equipment

Requirements:

• attentiveness, quick reaction to changing circumstances, technical mindset
• higher or secondary technical education
• experience in IT, communications, or signals
• basic proficiency in English
• ability to work with a PC and basic office programs
• skill and experience managing small teams

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• specialized training before starting tasks
• service in the combat area on the eastern axis

• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias (depending on place of service)
