ATGM Operator

Overview

The 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Ivan Sirko is a regular formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region. Since the start of the russian-Ukrainian war in 2014, it has taken an active part in the defense of the Donbas. Since 2022, the unit has taken part in repelling the full-scale russian invasion in the Kharkiv sector and in the autumn counteroffensive. The brigade continues to defend Ukrainian land.

Responsibilities:

• operating the ATGM during combat operations
• identifying targets, assessing the tactical situation, and preparing for combat
• coordinating with other units for the effective performance of combat missions
• keeping equipment serviceable, performing regular maintenance, and checking the ATGM's operability

Requirements:

• vocational secondary or higher education, technical preferred
• desire to undergo training in operating anti-tank guided missile systems
• ability to quickly master new equipment
• ability to work in a team, responsibility, and discipline
• physical endurance and readiness to carry out tasks
• knowledge of the basics of working with weapons; experience with anti-tank equipment or similar equipment will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• service as part of a combat unit with modern gear and equipment
• completion of basic combined-arms training and specialized ATGM operator training (if needed)
• regular drills and the opportunity for professional development
