Strike UAV Operator

Overview

The 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Ivan Sirko is a regular formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region. Since the start of the russian-Ukrainian war in 2014, it has taken an active part in the defense of the Donbas. Since 2022, the unit has taken part in repelling the full-scale russian invasion in the Kharkiv sector and in the autumn counteroffensive. The brigade continues to defend Ukrainian land.

Responsibilities:

• controlling fixed-wing strike unmanned aircraft systems
• destroying the enemy using strike UAVs
• working with maps and orientation on the terrain

Requirements:

• basic theoretical training in operating unmanned systems (drone components, navigation, antennas, amplifiers, video transmission)
• desire to grow in one's specialty
• willingness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• no critical health problems
• completion of courses from Victory Drones on the Prometheus platform will be an advantage
• experience piloting UAVs will be an advantage
• knowledge of the basics of cartography will be an advantage
• basic infantry experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days and additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
• a full package of social payments, wellness assistance, and other types of monetary assistance
• Combat Veteran status
