Overview

The 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Ivan Sirko is a regular formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region. Since the start of the russian-Ukrainian war in 2014, it has taken an active part in the defense of the Donbas. Since 2022, the unit has taken part in repelling the full-scale russian invasion in the Kharkiv sector and in the autumn counteroffensive. The brigade continues to defend Ukrainian land.

Responsibilities:

• conducting reconnaissance activities in designated territories
• preparing and setting up observation posts and firing positions
• studying and analyzing received information to identify potential threats and opportunities for own military operations

Requirements:

• a high level of motivation
• knowledge of basic land navigation skills, including the ability to work with a map and compass
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• service as part of a combat unit with full provision
• monetary assistance for signing the first contract
• completion of basic combined-arms training
• regular drills and the opportunity for professional development
• guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days and additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
• a full package of social payments, wellness assistance, and other types of monetary assistance
