EW Operator
Overview
The 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Ivan Sirko is a regular formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region. Since the start of the russian-Ukrainian war in 2014, it has taken an active part in the defense of the Donbas. Since 2022, the unit has taken part in repelling the full-scale russian invasion in the Kharkiv sector and in the autumn counteroffensive. The brigade continues to defend Ukrainian land. The vacancy involves service in the Unmanned Systems Battalion.
Responsibilities:
- operating electronic warfare equipment to detect, suppress, and neutralize enemy communication equipment and UAVs
- analyzing the radio frequency spectrum to detect potentially dangerous signals and determine their characteristics
- maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of EW equipment
- participating in combat operations as part of the unit
- maintaining technical documentation on the operation of EW equipment
Requirements:
- education in radio electronics, electrical engineering, or IT
- knowledge of the operating principles of EW equipment and the basics of electronic warfare
- skills in modern data analysis software
- readiness to work in extreme conditions (field conditions, combat zone)
- developed communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking
- willingness to constantly learn and improve skills
- practical experience working in a related field will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on where tasks are performed
