Overview
The 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Ivan Sirko is a regular formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region. Since the start of the russian-Ukrainian war in 2014, it has taken an active part in the defense of the Donbas. Since 2022, the unit has taken part in repelling the full-scale russian invasion in the Kharkiv sector and in the autumn counteroffensive. The brigade continues to defend Ukrainian land. The vacancy involves service in the Unmanned Systems Battalion.
Responsibilities:
- configuring Wi-Fi bridges and network devices (Ubiquiti, Mikrotik)
- setting up tunnels (WireGuard, etc.)
- ensuring the uninterrupted operation of network infrastructure
- support and administration of smart home systems is a plus
- working with MQTT protocols for integrating IoT solutions
- using containerization (Docker, Docker Compose) to deploy services
Requirements:
- experience working with Ubiquiti and MikroTik network equipment
- knowledge of network protocols and their operating principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- understanding of the principles of building Wi-Fi bridges and configuring tunnels
- experience setting up smart home systems preferred
- basic knowledge of containerization (Docker, Docker Compose)
- ability to quickly master new technologies and adapt to change
- ability to work in a team, responsibility, discipline
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on tasks and place of service
- service as part of a combat unit with modern gear and equipment
