Strike UAV Operator
Overview
The 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Ivan Sirko is a regular formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region. Since the start of the russian-Ukrainian war in 2014, it has taken an active part in the defense of the Donbas. Since 2022, the unit has taken part in repelling the full-scale russian invasion in the Kharkiv sector and in the autumn counteroffensive. The brigade continues to defend Ukrainian land. The vacancy involves service in the Unmanned Systems Battalion.
Responsibilities:
- controlling fixed-wing strike unmanned aircraft systems
- destroying the enemy using strike UAVs
- working with maps and orientation on the terrain
Requirements:
- basic theoretical training in operating unmanned systems (drone components, navigation, antennas, amplifiers, video transmission)
- desire to grow in one's specialty
- readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
- no critical health problems
- completion of courses from Victory Drones on the Prometheus platform will be an advantage
- experience piloting UAVs will be an advantage
- knowledge of the basics of cartography will be an advantage
- basic infantry experience will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
- guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
- a full package of social payments, wellness assistance, and other types of monetary assistance
- Combat Veteran status
