Overview

The 65th Separate Mechanized Brigade "Velykyi Luh" ("Great Meadow") is part of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade became famous for liberating and holding the village of Robotyne, leading to further de-occupation in southern Ukraine. The unit has been successfully and tirelessly defending Ukrainian land from the occupiers in the Zaporizhzhia sector since June 2022. The brigade is currently recruiting motivated patriots who are ready to join the soldiers of the celebrated 65th Separate Mechanized Brigade "Velykyi Luh" in defending their native land.

Responsibilities:

• psychodiagnostics
• psychoprophylactic work
• psychological preparation (training, psychoeducation, trainings)
• conducting psychological counseling and psychocorrective work with servicemen
• crisis psychological assistance
• working with individuals showing signs of combat-related psychological trauma, acute stress disorder (ASD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

Requirements:

• experience as a psychologist or HR specialist
• strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different people
• higher education in psychology, psychotherapy, or psychiatry will be an advantage
• managerial and organizational experience will be an advantage
• military service experience will be an advantage
• possession of an officer's military rank is a priority when selecting candidates
• stress resilience

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• the opportunity for training in your specialty and skills advancement
• service on the Zaporizhzhia axis
• participation in ensuring national security, deterring and repelling the enemy's armed aggression
• gear and equipment provision, including personal protective equipment, accommodation, meals, and medical care
• annual main leave during martial law, up to 30 days
• monetary allowance from 20,100 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service

• monetary assistance for signing the first contract
