Our brigade is a unique formation built on traditions and experience gained over decades. From transforming a post-Soviet mechanized division into one of the most powerful formations in the Armed Forces, we have always remained a model of professionalism and dedication.

Our combat achievements:

  • heroic defense of Luhansk Airport: our soldiers, defying numerous attacks, held the skies above the airport even under the toughest conditions, sustaining hope for victory;
  • assault operations in extreme conditions: our mountain infantry demonstrates incredible skill in combat, adapting to harsh winter conditions and shifting tactical challenges;
  • distinguished by operational speed and high tactical preparedness on the front line;
  • our actions helped strengthen defense capability and stability in the region.

    • Our history begins with the reformation of the 128th Mechanized Division, which has centuries of military heritage. Today we are a modern assault unit, ready at any moment to answer the challenges of modern warfare.
